Training today

What can you do when the wind in blowing snow at 50 mph and you had a 2 hour run on your schedule?
 
This is the case for me today! Why we live in this snow packed place I will never know:)
I will spin on my bike for 45 min. good pace, rowing machine for 20 min. good pace and then do all kinds of jumps and running drills on the rebounder.
I am so thankful to have all my own equipment right here in my house.
Treadmill, versa climber, spin bike, rowing machine, cross country ski machine, rebounder and all the cross training supplies one could ever need!
