hi - i'm hoping your life has calmed down since the article came out. i first heard about it on the ultra listserv then went out and bought the magazine. i wanted to wait for the action to die down before emailing you. wow is all i can say after reading the article. i'm sure you've heard every platitude by now but i'm sorry to hear about what had been going on and i hope you're on the mend.
in the spirit of the olympics that just ended, the olympic creed would seem appropriate.
The most important thing in the Olympic Games is not to win but to take part, just as the most important thing in life is not the triumph, but the struggle. The essential thing is not to have conquered but to have fought well.
