It is so nice to have a home gym but to be honest It is so hard for me to train inside!
I love to be outside, like the rest of us. I have been able to purchase all the equipment that we have, one by one on e-bay! Dreamchasers now sells the rebounder so if you what to know more about these email me. My 3 year old has her own rebounder so she can jump when I do. Anyone who has little kids knows the challenges of being creative so that you get some form of training in.
Today is a day off for me.
