Let it snow!

Good morning!
 
I have been asked many times how we train in the winter.
It seems that all the NYC folks are over there heads with snow!
Snowshoe, cross country ski and running with Yak tracks is the way to go.
Running in the snow is also the best cross training for running in the sand for races such as the Marathon Des Sables which we go to every year in April.
