Happy Valentine's Day a day late!
I feel very fortunate today, I'm going out do my first run since I broke my toe!
My husband Jay gave me a brand new Ipod for Valentine's Day loaded with all my favorite music!
We have 2 NYC clients here for 5 days training with us for the Marathon Des Sables.
Today is hill repeats in the snow pulling a tire, they have NO idea what they are in for!:)

Glad you are out running again. Eww, can't say I'd be thrilled to run uphill and pull a tire!
