Afternoon in Panama City has been good for Lisa and Sr. Mary Beth- Lisa has about 15 miles to go and Sister has finished her 20 miles for the day. The gentleman picutred here has run more than 300 ultramarathons and came out to run with Lisa today.

Marie here - looks like your party crowd is making waves all over the place. Nothing like a nice cold beer at the end of a hot 50 miler, eh??
Rally went well, we were 3rd place overall, and I enjoyed some very fast night driving on rough, twisty and tight curves, plus some very fast straight stretches.
Lots of runners coming to Bishop next weekend, and I hope this cold storm has abated by then.
Keep up the great effort - you are amazing, and so much in my prayers.
